Mark Harper

Mark is a skilled and effective operations manager who can turn his hand from estimating to design, through to construction. Mark commenced his journey in the industry at the grass roots level, working at Tier 1, 2 and 3 businesses, over 20 years ago. His passion, reputation and experience has taken him through various roles, including; Project Coordination, Contract Administration, Project Management, Estimating, Design Management, Construction Management and Operations Management. During this period, Mark has compiled an enviable project list that spans all sectors and tiers, with projects ranging up to the value of $200 million. Mark has the ability to be commercially astute across all types of construction, provide value engineered solutions and deliver high quality outcomes.

Daniel Ciancarelli

Daniel has over 20 years’ experience in the building industry; completion of four years of an Architecture Degree at RMIT University and, a Bachelor of Applied Science, specialising in Construction Management. Daniel’s career journey lead to his appointment as Project Manager with one of Australia’s leading Construction Companies, where he had responsibility for projects in excess of $20 million. During this period Daniel was responsible for project teams delivering multiple projects concurrently, spanning across all industry sectors including retail, commercial, fast food, fuels, industrial and multi-residential. Daniel has successfully delivered multiple projects for an impressive list of blue-chip clients, often as repeat business.

Robert Ciancarelli

A specialist in building with modest to multi-million dollar budgets, Robert has a strong industry reputation as a builder of integrity, passion for quality and, has demonstrable capability with all the skills required to coordinate delivery of high-end architectural designs to finished residential wonders, on time and on budget. With over forty years building experience, Robert, through the building company he created and managed, established a range of expert management skills which served his company well to prosper in good economic times and equally in bad times for the building industry, where lesser builders did not survive. A wise builder and business professional who knows his profession well. These skills enables Robert the experience required to be able to work with all levels of building professionals and associated institutions alike.

Jeannette Lang
Human Resources 

Jeannette is a commercially astute HR Manager who has worked internationally across 14 industries. Over 20 years Jeannette has been involved in over 200 company start-ups, transition projects, joint venture set ups and mergers and acquisitions and is an expert in all things people related in business. Jeannette brings her commercial experience and leadership to both the Carelli board and our people agenda and is passionate about ensuring we have the right talent to support our growth.

Peter White
Construction Manager

Peter is a registered Commercial Builder and a qualified civil engineer, who has delivered projects in both the Building and Civil industries. With over 20 years of experience, Peter has been responsible for the delivery of multi-million dollar developments in the commercial, industrial, childcare, medical, multi-residential, fuel and retail sectors, as well as managing the construction of major highways, roads and bridges. Peter brings to the Carelli team a relentless passion for delivery, leading by example and working harder than most to ensure that projects are delivered on time and on budget. These leadership skills enable Peter to build dedicated teams and develop strong client relationships.

Travis Mundy
Construction Manager

Travis is a high impact construction professional that brings a wealth of knowledge and experience having delivered a range of projects in excess of $30 million in the education, retail, residential and commercial sectors. He uses his extensive project experience, industry contacts and superior project management skills to maximise outcomes on any construction project. Travis is well versed in the requirements of delivering large scale and intricate construction developments. With over 20 years of experience in the construction industry, Travis had demonstrated his ability to manage a range of projects time and time again.

Steven Collins
Preconstruction Manager

With over 15 years of experience in the construction industry, Steve has managed projects up to the value of 70 million. He is an enthusiastic and passionate manager, who values client service and project delivery. He is focused and committed to the projects that he delivers and strives to exceed industry standards. Although Steven is the youngest of our leadership team, he prides himself on old school morals and strives to foster strong professional relationships with clients, consultants and subcontractors alike. Steven is involved with all facets of the construction process from estimating, design, construction and delivery, through to facility management.

Bill Draper
Occupational Health & Safety Manager

Bill has over 10 years of experience in the construction industry. Working predominately on sites in an Occupational, Health and Safety capacity, Bill has been responsible for managing, reviewing and implementing Occupational, Health and Safety Systems across the business and on projects up to 30 million. Diploma of OHS qualified, Bill brings a collaborative and practical approach to applying our Occupational Health and Safety policies and procedures and is instrumental in working with organisations and authorities to achieve best for project outcomes.
