Greenwood Childcare Centre, Notting Hill

Notting Hill Childcare was a conversion of an existing Office/Warehouse into 233 childcare centre including external play area and carpark.
Scope of works included relocating and installing new sewer and stormwater services, upgrading existing hydrant and fire hose reels, instillation of disabled access lift, instillation of new mechanical air conditioning and heating to the centre, installation of commercial kitchen, joinery to staff rooms and external landscaping including play equipment.
