Carelli Constructions offers a broad range of learning opportunities ranging from soft skill development, health & safety training and technical skills, which are available for staff.
We are committed to developing our young leaders to ensure they are the best version of themselves. This ensures we have strong, confident individuals who understand the benefit of what a supportive team can achieve, while enjoying the journey.
For this purpose, we have developed the Carelli Constructions Emerging Leaders Program (ELP). Our Emerging Leaders Program provides two years of leadership focused experiences and activities, designed to develop and inspire our emerging leaders.
Throughout the program our emerging talent gain access to a cross section of leaders, both internally and externally of the company, who will share their knowledge, expertise and insights of their specific industry.

We have 3, 6 and 12 month reviews following commencement at Carelli Constructions, to ensure that we understand the goals of employees and develop strategies to aid in fulfilling these goals. We also conduct annual reviews for long-serving employees.
